Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962, is an American actress from America. After her debut on film in the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as one of the Brat Pack actors and starred as a character in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy was awarded with the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy was born in America and she is both an actress and an author. She began her film career through the crime film Bad Boys in the early 1980s for which she was quite appreciated. The film was starring Rick Rosenthal as well as Sean Penn and Esai Morales Clancy Brown & Alan Ruck. In the wake of her success in her first film, she later appeared in the comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club is considered as among most memorable films of high school cinema. Even though it had the budget of one million dollars, the film's revenues exceeded $50 million. Also, she began to appear on various television shows like CBS Schoolbreak. This was her debut on television. Since April, 1980, the show was an adolescent program. The other shows she appeared in include Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. In Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. She is also in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film where her character is only a short cameo. Sheedy won numerous awards in 2005 due to her performances. She also received the an MTV Movie Award, Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
